After University Dilip returned to Hong Kong and got a job with Coopers and Lybrand. He quickly installed himself as everyones social secretary. He arranged parties, junk trips, and was a keen participant in the boys weekends away. The New Year eve parties he arranged became legend. Often Dilip could not enjoy these events himself being worried about whether everyone else was having fun.
